Cancellation and non arrivals:

  • Cancellation less than 7 days from arrival will incur a charge of 100% of the total booking cost
  • Cancellation less than 30 days from arrival date will incur a charge of 50% of the total booking cost
  • No show 100% of the total booking cost

Payment policy: 

  • A 50% deposit is required on all direct bookings to secure your reservation. We do require your credit card details.
  • Full amount is payable on your arival.

 

Children policy:

  • No children under 14 years old.
